"I was stuck on the side of an unfamiliar highway, outside am unfamiliar town, with a flat tire. My roadside assistance team member was having difficulty finding a service station open after 6:30 pm on a Friday night, and could not get any local towing service to pick up their phone. She gave me Hometown Auto Repair information and I had to reach out to them. I had to look up different contact information as the number she gave me did nor work. I called the new number and John picked up right away. After giving me an estimate, and getting my location, John arrived in about 20 minutes. We discovered that I needed a new tired, instead of just a repair. John had a used tire in stock at 8 O'clock on a Friday night! John had me back on my drive to Tampa in less than 30 minutes. I cannot thank him enough for ev."

"Awesome staff and we were able to get in quickly. Our story: We had a leak and it resulted in a flat tire. The "boat staff" where we were staying was able to plug the leak for us to get to Hometown Auto Repair. Hometown Auto Repair added an inside patch so that we will be able to make it back to Lexington tomorrow"

"On the way home from vacation, we started rapidly losing tire pressure. We filled up, and within 20 minutes we're dropping again. We called this shop, and we're in and out within 15 minutes! They removed a 4" screw from our tire and plugged the hole for $15. We made it home the rest of the way safely."
